Creating a unique tracking ID for an Amazon link is easy. Simply log in to your Amazon affiliate dashboard, click “Account Settings” at the very top on the right, then click “Manage Tracking IDs”. The downside for relying on SEO as the main source of traffic for your affiliate site is that you are only making 10% or so per sale, so you can’t afford to invest in paid traffic most of the time. That’s why affiliate marketers rely so heavily on free traffic from search engines or influencer marketing (in which you would try to be an influencer yourself).
