Great insight! Big brands are now into micro-influencers as they have more real engagement with real followers which they can market effectively. You can use a tool like an engagement rate calculator from Phlanx.com to know the interaction activity of a micro-influencer. You can also use an influencer directory to speed up the process in looking for the right influencers to work with.
Well… You got me! I am an entrepreneur and found you on Instagram through a model’s post. I own an Internet marketing agency and I think this is absolutely genius what you are doing. I was wondering what models were getting paid to promote on their profiles. I have been reading your blog for the past week and a half and I can already tell you that you will have a loyal follower here already. I may not be your $57,000 ROI but will definitely refer you to other digital marketers. If you are still taking entries for the giveaway, I’d like to get the university course! Haha!

While affiliate marketing is nothing new in principle, it is fairly new to the world of Instagram. In many ways, the pairing is a match made in heaven. Instagram followers are more likely to engage with branded content than other social media users. Instagram celebrities from Kim Kardashian to the Beauty Boys have garnered millions of loyal followers thanks to influencer strategies that tell consistently compelling stories.

LIVESTRONG is a popular health and wellness site. They provide readers with content to help them maintain a healthy lifestyle. They don’t sell products on their site, but sites like these are able to promote products, like yours, on their site and generate an income based on the purchases their audience makes on your site. Choose affiliates whose content closely matches your product, so that site visitors are already primed and interested to take the next step and click through.
If you are just getting started, it is a perfectly fine strategy to come up with special offers for influencers. One such offer could be giving them 5% (or some other number) lifetime commissions on sales made by affiliates who sign up due to them. Another idea could be to consider relaxing some of the terms for followers of these early influencers. Also, you could consider offering exclusive affiliate tools to select influencers.
So it means that 5 people will buy using your Affiliate link and let's say that you promote a product for $50 dollars and only 10$ will go for you. So you just made $50 Dollars after two weeks working less than 1hour in those two weeks. It’s really easy and realy fast money and if you know where to look you can get sometimes even $100 Commiosn for each person that bought product that you promoted.
Tip #3 is to consistently post valuable content to your followers. Now valuable content will be different in each niche, but a good rule of thumb is to post inspiring, helpful, informative or motivational pictures and videos at least once a day. If you’re struggling to come with ideas on what to post just go look at what other influencers in your niche are posting, and post similar content. Of course you’ll want to make it unique, but looking at other accounts is a good way to figure out what type of posts the people in your niche respond to the most. An important thing for to mention here is to avoid making your account a pitch fest. Of course your goal is to get people to click the links in your bio, but if you make every other post about an offer or a link all your going to do is piss people off, and ultimately lose followers. I’ve found that one promotional post per week is the sweet spot to not piss off your followers, but make sure they know you have an offer out there.
As for Instagram, having a business account makes it even easier for brands to contact you but I would personally shy away from switching since there’s a lot of whisper in the blogging world that Instagram will soon make business accounts pay to get their content seen by anyone. As an affiliate manager, the evolution of influencers in the performance marketing space is a trend I have kept a close eye on. Early on, I saw the value of content affiliates, but remained a minority among my peers. Now, the tide has changed. Influencer marketing has infiltrated the affiliate marketing world. Merchants see the value of influencers’ reviews for conversions and requests for affiliate managers to recruit influencers have grown exponentially. Affiliate managers now spend much of their time diligently crafting custom emails with the hopes of recruiting the next top performing influencer. However, many of these hours are wasted because of one common mistake. Many managers overlook the first essential step in the recruitment process: creating the prospect list.  An unqualified list results in failure, no matter how brilliant your recruitment outreach.
At a direct conversion of $39/month subscription, you will receive $19.50/month commission at 50% each month. While you are sending traffic and referrals, you will receive $19.50 every month until that 1 sale cancels.  In addition, they may sign up as affiliates through your referral and you will be able to see who you referred that signed up. We will also pay you an additional 5% of your referred affiliate’s commissions!
Attracting influencers in the affiliate community, and seeking their assistance in spreading the word, comes into the picture. But are we going to get stuck into yet another chicken-and-egg situation? Not necessarily. There are a couple of elegant tactics to get influencers curious and impressed. Keep in mind that influencers are the masters of marketing, and might be averse to being marketed to. So keep it above board and elegant. Here is a small list of ideas:

An Instagram Influencer is an Instagram user who has an established audience on Instagram, and who is able to persuade others because of their level of trustworthiness and reach on Instagram. Instagram influencers can help you build a massive audience from scratch in a relatively short period of time — while potentially generating a lot of sales just by featuring your products on their profiles.

For affiliate marketers, this means you can create a post with an image incorporating an affiliate product, with the affiliate link added as text overlay, or in the caption. This post will then be shared on an influencers Instagram account, exposing your affiliate link to a new audience, as well as finding you potential new Instagram followers for your own account.
