We hired someone off fiverr to manage our account for a month and our followers went up but engagement is still low and clicks to our site are low. I was wondering where you bought the 100k lifestyle page from? Was it one of those sites that show up in google like fameswap.com or viralinstas.com etc. or off ebay.com or did you reach out to the person via dm to buy it.
While affiliate marketing has long been driven by a need to gain website clicks, this channel is now quickly evolving into a strategy that cultivates leads from social channels like Instagram and Facebook. Instrumental in this evolution are influencers: as social leaders with the ability to inspire conversions from their loyal followers, they are now forming an integral component of successful affiliate campaigns.

This might sound like a given, but it looks better if you can do your own photo shoot in your own style - it goes back to the word of mouth marketing. If you are the one wearing the product or have styled the picture yourself, it is more genuine and more likely to lead to a sale. @victoriama9 is a great example of this - it’s clear in the images that it’s her wearing the outfits and not a photo from the brand.
As you might already know, Instagram has made it possible and easy to switch between your personal and business accounts. Setting up a business profile has a number of advantages. It allows you to get access to real-time analytics and view the engagement metrics on particular posts. Users, in turn, can reach out to you by tapping the Contact button and taking a specific action afterwards, like making a call or sending you an email. In 2016, Instagram rolled out a new option for business accounts – Instagram for Business. It’s a great way to put the promoted product in front of your target audience in a few simple steps. Upgrade your business profile to Instagram for Business. Create a compelling, eye-catching post featuring the product. Select the target audience, budget, promotional content, CTA, and duration of the promotion. Once it’s done, you will see the button “Promote” under your post and be able to start running your ad on Instagram!
If you already have an eCommerce shop, or sell products on platforms like Etsy or Amazon, then using the ‘Shopping on Instagram’ feature to increase your revenue is a must. Shopping on Instagram has suddenly made it much easier to sell products and make money on Instagram. So let’s find out more about Shopping on Instagram, and how to set it up on your Instagram account…
Whilst most influencer networks focus on social media, there are some that also have heavy focus on blog. Social Fabric is the only blog influencer platform I have experience with and their rates are fixed. This was great in the beginning as I actually got a few blog gigs that paid a little more than what brands who e-mailed me were offering. If I get the chance to research more in depth which platforms do blog and how they pay, I’ll make sure to update this post.

One way to increase your chances of getting good ROI through Instagram marketing is by being as targeted as possible in the people you’re going after. For example, if you have an online store that sells formal shoes, you might want to target influencers that specialize in “professional footwear for men” as opposed to influencers that are in “men’s fashion.”

Thank you for this amazing post! It has definitely put my mind into set and changed a lot about the way I will post and do things on Instagram. Such a great help! And I did DM you on Instagram. Hoping to hear from you, had a few questions for you there! And another thing…. I love your instagram and blog posts. I have been following for a while now and definitely you are a huge influencer! Thanks again 🙂
